Introduction
Thank you for completing the Colorado School of Mines Exit Survey. The purpose of this survey is to help Human Resources and Mines better understand the employee experience. What we hope to accomplish is find out what we can do to improve in the future.

Your responses will be kept confidential. All data will be aggregated, and trends will be shared with Leadership on a quarterly basis to better understand why Mines employees choose to leave. 

Please contact your Human Resources Advisor (HRA) if you wish to share specific information. You can do so by emailing your HR Advisor directly or by emailing HR@mines.edu and request a time to complete a 30-minute Exit Interview.
