Observation Reflection

This survey is an opportunity for you to reflect on the observation process, to determine what part of the process you found valuable, and to make a plan for any next steps. Submitting it is the final step of the peer observation process.

For the pilot, we will use your reflection to help us evaluate the process. The only people who will have access to the data will be the implementation team. You will also receive an emailed copy of your reflection.
